Role Summary

This exciting opportunity is for a talented Photographer to join our growing inhouse Creative team. You will bring to the role, extensive experience in a high functioning and fast paced Ecommerce studio environment and be responsible for planning and shooting high-quality assets for Ecommerce product pages & Creative projects - across Anthropologie web pages, affiliates and in store.

Reporting into the Snr Photography Manager, you will be an integral member of the Studio Team and will work together to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all brand imagery. This role’s primary focus will be creating Still Life assets across multiple platforms, with the opportunity to help grow and shape this area of the brand’s photography and creative handwriting. In addition, there will be opportunities to be immersed in other elements of the studio environment, including Fashion Ecommerce shoots, Homeware lifestyle imagery, video production and other ad-hoc creative projects. Therefore the ideal individual would show a strong interest and ability to develop creative ideas across all these areas.

You will be technically sufficient at setting up and operating a variety of studio lighting and equipment - including both flash and continuous lights. In addition, you will have proven experience in studio equipment maintenance, adhering to brand and shoot guidelines and working and adapting to tight deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing Shooting Still Life and Fashion PhotographySetting up and operating studio lighting (flash and continuous)Shooting tethered to Mac via Capture OneWorking closely with the rest of the creative team to plan and execute shoot requests and organise weekly workloads and studio requirements.Adhering to seasonal updates and creative direction and working alongside Photography Manager to test and develop new lighting and backgrounds to complement this.Working closely with Photography Manager to develop photographic handwriting across all Anthropologie imagery.Working with the studio team to audit, maintain and develop inhouse equipment.Assisting freelancers to maintain consistency and quality control.Working closely with and providing assets for wider teams in the business including Design, Marketing & Ecommerce.Building working relationship with the Post Production team to ensure correct and timely delivery of imagery, colour correction requirements and amendments.Managing timelines and workloads across multiple projects. What You'll Need

Experience
• Proven previous experience in a high-volume Ecommerce/Creative studio role is essential.
• Understanding of Ecommerce shoot process across still life and apparel.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work to multiple deadlines.
• Confident user with Canon, Capture One & Profoto systems
• Degree in Photography or similar.

• In-depth understanding and experience of Still Life & Fashion studio photography.
• Strong team ethic

• Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure.
• Practical thinking, ability to take initiative and manage own workload.

• Positive and creative attitude to problem solving.
• Experience shooting models preferable.
• Knowledge and understanding of shooting moving image content favourable.
