Summary:
The Center for Family Services is looking for a Full Time Anti-Human Trafficking Case Manager. The Anti-Trafficking Advocate/Case Manager is responsible for the direct services of the Center's SERV Human Trafficking Project, providing identification of victims of human trafficking. The Anti-Trafficking Case Manager is responsible for victim services, including case management, advocacy, and crisis-intervention for victims of Human Trafficking. The Case Manager also presents educational programs to the community and reports directly to the Anti-Trafficking Program Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify domestic victims of human traffickingProvide case management, crisis counseling, advocacy, and referrals for domestic victims of human traffickingMake connections with community service providers as well as local, state and federal law enforcementProvide outreach and public awareness on human trafficking, including distribution of materials and presentations to the community on human traffickingCollaborate and coordinate services with external partners to provide a continuum of care for victimsAssist with the development and ongoing activities of the South Jersey Anti-Trafficking CoalitionFacilitate a systematic outreach plan targeting social service agencies, community and professional organizations and secure training and outreach presentations at schools, agencies, and throughout the communityProduce weekly updates on identification and referral progress, outreach activities, and trainings and technical assistance provided in the communitiesProvide coverage for on-call schedule as neededAssist with office procedures pertinent to the operation of the projectConduct intakes with HT residents and ensure residents follow Safe House ExpectationsMaintain client files, following state and agency guidelines
REQUIREMENTS:
Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field.Experience Required: Work experience may substitute for education on a year-to year basis.Credentials Preferred: Bilingual preferred with the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in Spanish.Experience Preferred: Public Speaking
