**Job Title: AOG Mechanic**
**Job Description**
As an AOG Mechanic, you will perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate and private aircrafts at our OnSite Aircraft Maintenance location, as well as during AOG rotations. You may also work at other locations, providing support for commercial and GA aircraft as needed. You will be responsible for all project management related to maintenance tasks, providing regular updates to all parties involved.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate/private aircrafts.
+ Travel for AOG rotations and perform maintenance on-site.
+ Support commercial and GA aircraft as needed.
+ Participate in weekly on-call/AOG rotation with the rest of the staff.
+ Handle all project management tasks related to maintenance projects.
+ Provide updates to maintenance control teams, passengers, and owners.
+ Communicate directly with corporate flight departments and customers for project updates.
**Essential Skills**
+ A&P certification
+ 3+ years of AOG experience
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with corporate/private airframes
+ Ability to provide detailed documentation and project updates
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Stephens, West Star MRT, Gulfstream Fast, Jet East, Net Jets, Flex Jet is a plus
+ Interest in AOG work, even if not previously performed

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment with a focus on quality and quick return-to-service turnaround times. Weekly 7 on/7 off on-call for travel, weekend work, and after hours. Standard in-hanger work during off-call weeks. Typical hours are M-F 7a-4p but flexibility is required. Travel radius is roughly 300 miles, including Chicago, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Nashville, Little Rock, and Des Moines. Team travel with another mechanic is required for AOG calls.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
