**AOI Operator** **$20/hr** **Job Description** We are looking for an Automatic Optical Inspector Operator to inspect PC Boards after assembly. The AOI Operator will inspect boards and provide feedback to the lead, as well as place assembled components in trays and stack them on rolling carts. **Responsibilities** + Inspect PC Boards using Automatic Optical Inspection equipment. + Provide feedback on board quality to the lead. + Place assembled components in trays and stack them on rolling carts. + Assist with other assembly tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience with AOI equipment and electro-mechanical assembly. + Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly. + Ability to read and comprehend electrical and wiring schematics. + Knowledge of using electronic assembly tools including manual/automatic wire crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns, and simple electrical test equipment. + Familiarity with electronic components such as transformers, rectifiers, capacitors, resistors, and circuit boards. + Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. + Ability to follow ESD handling procedures. + Fluency in English. + Ability to move or handle 40 pounds unassisted. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of mechanical hand tools. + Flexibility with assignments and willingness to volunteer for other assembly tasks. **Why Work Here?** We offer full-time employment with a comprehensive training program and a diverse workforce.
