**Job Title: AOI/Wave Soldering Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled AOI Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating an AOI automated machine, handling production line machinery and computers, and ensuring quality control. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate production line machinery and computers.
+ Ensure quality control by making necessary adjustments to produce products within specifications and rejecting products outside of specifications.
+ Utilize visual aids, verbal, and written instructions to operate the machine.
+ Maintain records and documentation.
+ Adhere to quality system standards pertaining to the job.
+ Comply with ESD requirements and safety rules.
+ Participate in cross-training as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in electronics manufacturing or manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and math skills.
+ At least 6 months of recent AOI operation experience or 1 year of recent machine operation experience in an electronics environment.
+ Knowledge of setting up feeders, pulling up programs, and running a screen print.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with Fuji, Panasonic, or Universal machines is preferred.

**Work Environment**
Work in a large electronics company known for its clean and organized facilities. The work environment is supportive and includes the provision of fresh fruit every Wednesday. The standard shift is from Monday to Thursday, 5 AM to 1:30 PM, with occasional voluntary overtime on Saturdays.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
