Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it’s like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. Gain technical and practical business skills to help you succeed in the future and have opportunities to network with other team members, managers and leaders. You will also benefit from real-world experience through opportunities to work on projects as well as participate in client meetings.

We’re looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.
This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

Natural Resources

+ Learning Opportunities: Dive into the world of conventional energy, including both onshore and offshore energy, as well as mining and power generation insurance solutions. Expand your knowledge and skills in these critical sectors.
+ Database Management: Play a key role in updating and maintaining our comprehensive database for our Natural Resources business.
+ Client Engagement: Participate in engaging client insurance discussions across various sectors. Learn from industry experts and develop your communication and negotiation skills.
+ Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of impactful marketing materials, such as presentation decks. Showcase your creativity and help us make a lasting impression on our clients.
+ Administrative and Operational Support: Provide essential support to the account lead in all administrative and operational matters. Gain hands-on experience and understand the inner workings of our business
+ Market Research: Conduct market research to obtain information about current affairs, geopolitics, and client developments. Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights to support business decisions
Credit Solutions Credit Solutions help companies secure receivables, grow trade and improve liquidity across Trade Credit Insurance, Political Risk Insurance and Surety.
+ Supporting the broking team with transaction analysis and client service.
+ New business pipeline analysis, including data validation and trend identification.
+ Delivery of an allocated Credit Solutions project, including a final presentation to the Executive Team. Previous project example includes, 'AI impact on credit solutions broking.'
Transaction Solutions Aon’s Transaction Solutions team advises and delivers on holistic risk transfer solutions for corporate M&A and private equity investment. As part of the team, you would be exposed to the world of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and how the team takes a proactive approach to pre-empt our clients of the associated risks in the context of a M&A and how best they can mitigate them through the solutions provided.
+ Attend client and prospect business development meetings and assist with background research in preparation for, and note-taking further to, those meetings
+ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Transaction Solutions marketing materials guided by relevant members of the team
+ Work together with team members on execution of Warranty and Indemnity (W&I), Tax, and other M&A insurance projects, including: clearing client Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDAs), helping to prepare risk submissions, helping with Non-Binding Indication (NBI) quotation reports
+ Various tasks associated with the underwriting and policy negotiation process, and inception / closing matters, amongst others
+ Assist in maintaining the weekly deal and opportunities tracker, liaising with various members of the regional team for weekly input and updates
Commercial Risk – Retail Financial Services & Professions Group
Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) has dedicated teams serving various client industry sectors including financial institutions, professions, construction, media, technology, healthcare, and specialist product groups. Globally we have close to a niche 1000 specialists designated to this practice group. FSPG team in Singapore have a very experienced team of brokers to advise on programme design and structure and with the market knowledge and relationships to negotiate the most competitive terms, conditions and premiums for our clients.
+ To understand the basic fundamentals of the Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) solutions and broking workflow
+ To understand FSPG clients and their risk profiles
+ Providing assistance in administering client service delivery
+ To provide data management support
+ Market research and data consolidation
+ Compilation of collaterals for clients including presentation, reports and quotation slip
Sales and Delivering Aon United (DAU) The primary responsibilities of the sales and marketing team include acquiring new clients for Aon. The team is expected to lead local marketing initiatives, organize events, and conduct activities aimed at attracting new prospects. Additionally, the team should focus on elevating Aon's brand presence in the local market. Their efforts are crucial for expanding our client base and enhancing the company's reputation.
Social Media and Events Management
+ Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, digital marketing, events and other promotional programmes
+ Work with the regional marketing team to distribute and contribute to content marketing and activation including via social media
+ Support and planning of networking events
+ Leads assignment on Aon Connect and referrals from Business Support
+ Support in amplifying Aon’s branding through the social media platform i.e. LinkedIn

+ Submit requests for Redsheets
+ Organise Client Planning session
+ Update changes to DAU status
Team Support
+ Basic research support for RFP
+ Expense reports of stakeholders in Sales and Marketing team
