If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.    This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.   Health Solutions - Regional Total Benefits Advisory & Management  We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Total Benefits Advisory & Management team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analytical work within a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with our team to support various benefits projects and operational initiatives. Analytical Support: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for ongoing benefits review projects. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to visualize insights. Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies. Gather and synthesize data to support strategic recommendations. Support the team Collaboration & Communication: Participate in internal initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Work closely with team members to gather and validate data inputs. Communicate findings and insights effectively to internal stakeholders. Operational Analysis: Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate project success. Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the team with miscellaneous tasks, including client survey and focus group discussion. Wellbeing Join our dynamic Wellbeing Solutions team, dedicated to enhancing the overall health and wellbeing of employees across the APAC region. We advise clients on creating and implementing innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, social, financial, and work-life wellbeing. Assist in the development and execution of wellbeing programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of the employees of specific clients. Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in employee wellbeing. Support the planning and coordination of client wellbeing events and activities. Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs. Collaborate with various departments to promote and integrate wellbeing initiatives within Aon offerings. Health Solutions - Retail Sales and Marketing  This opportunity prepares university interns for an exciting and rewarding career in broking sales. The role focuses on building broking knowledge and developing core sales skills through first hand on-the-job training. This is an entry-level position suitable for interns looking to explore an opportunity in broking sales. Whilst no previous experience is required, we are looking for team members who are self-motivated, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and are willing to go above and beyond in this goal-oriented position. If successful in the role, interns will have the opportunity to interview for a role in the broader Aon Health Solutions Division. This role reports into the Head of Sales & Marketing Provide support in management sales reporting, internal & external client meetings, client networking events etc, including conducting research to identify suitable companies for the Health Sales Team to prospect. Identify the right people to speak to within the organization to create interest in cross-selling Health Solutions, delivering Aon United. Assist the Health Sales Team in the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective corporate clients. Provide support to develop and deliver analytics solutions based on medical claims and other health & wellness data to key clients Help to integrate data analytics into all key business processes and client deliverables via ad hoc projects Assist the Head of Analytics to champion the use of analytics within Health Solutions Deliver Aon United by fostering close working relationships and collaboration with Aon colleagues across the firm Client Services  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Health Solution Client Services team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client servicing within the health solutions sector. The intern will support the Client Services Manager in various tasks, including preparing communication materials and renewal reports. Assist in the preparation of communication materials for clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Support the creation and compilation of renewal reports, analyzing data to provide insights. Collaborate with the Client Services Manager on various client-related tasks and projects. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing client service delivery.
