If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.    This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.   Reinsurance - Treaty The Internship is designed to provide interns with an insight into our business – a reinsurance intermediary – an understanding of our culture whilst being introduced to the critical skills necessary for future opportunities at Aon. During the Internship, interns will initially have classroom training, providing them with basic knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice of insurance and reinsurance. This is followed by a rotational programme across the various divisions within Aon Reinsurance Solutions viz., Analytics (both catastrophe modeling and Dynamic Financial Analysis), Broking, Broking Support and Client Services. Interns will also work on projects set by some of the divisions and country offices and also assist in conducting research for the preparation of reports, presentations and projects.
