Description We are actively searching for an AP Accountant to perform AP transactional work as well as assist in writing AP process flow. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity within the packaging industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling Accounts Payable (AP), performing Bank Reconciliations, managing the General Ledger, and other related duties as well as documentation of AP processes. Responsibilities: • Handle comprehensive Accounts Payable (AP) tasks • Execute accurate Bank Reconciliations • Manage and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger • Prepare and post Journal Entries • Oversee the Month End Close process • Utilize Oracle for various accounting tasks Requirements • Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations and procedures • Demonstrate experience with Bank Reconciliations • Exhibit knowledge and understanding of General Ledger management • Have the ability to create and manage Journal Entries • Capable of performing Month End Close processes and tasks • Have experience with Oracle financial software system Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
