Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Analyst in Clayton, MO. Essential Job Functions: * AP Analyst will assist Management with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required * Prepare and review account summaries, reconciliations and results of operations, including identifying and developing strategies to reconcile, prioritize, and clear accounts using a risk-based approach * Assist team members with root cause analysis for reconciling items * Actively engage daily by providing guidance to other departments (customer service, sales, billing, tax, pricing, etc.) to communicate and address identified issues * Assist in preparing analysis of financial accounts and account status and recommend risk mitigation as necessary for those accounts * As an AP Analyst, you will generate reporting of bi-monthly performance results against set metrics * Assist with process and procedures documentation, including suggesting continuous process improvement opportunities
