Volt is immediately hiring for AP/AR Clerk in Gardena, CA.
\r\n
\r\nAs an AP/AR Clerk you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProcessing payments and invoices: AP/AR clerks process invoices and payments and ensure that payment deadlines are met. \r\n\tReconciling accounts: AP/AR clerks reconcile accounts payable and receivable and resolve any discrepancies. \r\n\tMaintaining financial records: AP/AR clerks maintain accurate financial records of all transactions, verifications, and more. \r\n\tPreparing financial reports: AP/AR clerks prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. \r\n\tManaging outstanding accounts: AP/AR clerks manage outstanding accounts, including identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments. \r\n\tResponding to inquiries: AP/AR clerks respond to inquiries from customers and vendors. \r\n\tManage biweekly check runs, positive pay uploads, process ACH/Wire payments\r\n\tBe able to help out with Month-End close with AP related journal entries.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm open to overtime.

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPreparing sales tax returns: AP/AR clerks prepare and submit sales tax returns\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $22.00 - 24.00 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
