Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. As an AP / AR Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities revolving around financial transactions and record keeping. Responsibilities: • Accurately process cash applications and maintain complete records • Manage collections, ensuring all transactions are recorded and resolved in a timely manner • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records • Utilize Excel formulas to perform calculations and data analysis • Operate ERP Solutions to manage business processes • Use Prophet 21 for business management and customer relationship purposes. Requirements • Proficiency in Excel Formulas is required, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets. • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary, including balancing accounts and resolving any discrepancies. • Must be skilled in Collections Management, maintaining a systematic and legal approach to the recovery of overdue bills. • Proficiency in Cash Applications, ensuring all cash receipts are applied correctly. • Familiarity with ERP Solutions is important, with the ability to effectively use such systems for business process management. • Experience with Prophet 21 would be beneficial, utilizing this enterprise software to streamline processes and improve workflow in the security industry.
