Job Description The Financial Services AP/AR Specialist is responsible for but not limited to the following:  Shared mailbox and inquiry management.  Research and resolve incoming inquiries and ensure accurate and timely remediation of such inquiries.  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.  Maintain accurate records of inquiries.  Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders via written and verbal communication.  Assist with miscellaneous needs within Financial Services.
