Job Title: AP/AR Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist who will be responsible for all aspects of daily accounts payables and accounts receivables. The ideal candidate will manage the entry of accounts payables and receivables, ensuring proper approval has been obtained, and perform three-way matching to accurately enter bills to pay. Additionally, the specialist will research and resolve any accounts payable and receivable issues, including communication with vendors and customers, and assist with incoming phone calls relating to accounting.

ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of daily accounts payables and accounts receivables.Enter accounts payables and receivables accurately.Ensure proper approval has been obtained for all transactions.Perform three-way matching: Vendor Invoice, Vendor Packing Slip & Odoo System.Research and resolve any accounts payable issues, including communicating with vendors.Research and resolve any accounts receivable issues, including communicating with customers.Assist with incoming phone calls relating to accounting.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in AP/AR/Accounting.Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Experience with three-way matching, invoicing, and data entry.Proficiency in using QuickBooks or Odoo.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with vendor invoicing (10-25 invoices/day).Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and customers via email and phone.Ability to interface with different departments such as warehouse and sales.Work Environment

This is a fully in-office position with hours from 8am-4:30pm in a very fast-paced environment. The company distributes medical devices, so non-smokers are preferred. The team consists of 10 employees, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a small team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00
