Kforce has a client in need of an AP/AR Vendor Solutions Coordinator in Quincy, MA. Responsibilities: * AP/AR Vendor Solutions Coordinator will support the vendor management team * Communicate with assigned list of vendors to resolve payment inquiries * Using email and phone to communicate with all points of contacts within each vendor to ensure supporting documents are received and/or provided * As an AP/AR Vendor Solutions Coordinator, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure vendor communication and response * Working with case workers to ensure vendor issues are understood so proper documentation can be provided so cases can be closed
