Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for entering a high volume of invoices and understanding international processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor accounts, researching discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments and vendors across different countries. This role requires a team player with a proactive attitude who is willing to learn and adapt quickly. Responsibilities include:
Manage vendor accounts
Perform large volume data entry
Reconcile statements using Excel (proficient in VLOOKUP's)
Understand requirements for international/overseas shipments/business
Research problem invoices with internal departments and vendors
Validate vendor information
GL coding of invoices
Handle receipt of goods and receipt of invoices
Execute month-end closing procedures
Open and stamp mail
Manage escheatment processes
Perform other duties as required
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
