Answer and screen telephone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
Proactively assist in resolving customer service issues.
Update support documents for the Quality Control Center.
Provide administrative support for the Quality Control Center team, including tasks such as mailing, copying, filing, faxing, and other administrative duties.
Order and monitor office supplies.
Support the supervisor and team with general accounting tasks and other duties as needed.
Maintain a strong customer service orientation.
Record all expenses and reconcile the general ledger.
