Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an AP Coordinator in the construction/contractor industry, based in Kirkland, Washington. As an AP Coordinator, you will be handling a variety of tasks such as managing preliminary notice logs, processing payments, and handling daily mail among other responsibilities linked with payment handling and processing. Responsibilities: • Handling and processing payments for division overhead invoices • Managing and maintaining Preliminary Notice logs • Scanning various documents into systems • Sorting and handling daily mail • Coding associated with payment processing • Analyzing and solving problems that arise in accounts payable • Ensuring tasks and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
