Description + Supervise and mentor the accounts payable team, providing guidance and training as needed. + Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation. + Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors while maintaining strong relationships and effective communication. + Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance within the accounts payable process. + Monitor accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies. + Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth procurement and payment processes. + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on accounts payable metrics for senior management. + Manage vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, payment discrepancies, and account reconciliations. + Conduct regular audits of accounts payable processes to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. + Stay updated on industry trends and regulations that may impact accounts payable operations. Requirements + Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial regulations. + Managerial or supervisory experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and NetSuite. + Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
