AP/Payroll Specialist

This aerospace company is looking for their next AP/ Payroll Specialist!

Qualifications:

2+ years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience

Ability to process invoices

Ability to process payroll

Experience using ADP or other HRIS/ payroll software

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Specialist with Payroll Processing Duties will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable functions and assisting with payroll processing. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Key responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable:

Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.Maintain vendor files and manage vendor relationships.Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports as needed.

Payroll Processing:

Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for employees.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.Assist with payroll audits and reporting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
