Description We are currently seeking a proficient Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with extensive experience in international wire transfers to join our globally-focused financial team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing and coordinating all international wire transfer operations in line with our business objectives. Responsibilities: + Facilitate and monitor all aspects of international wire transfers, ensuring its successful completion while adhering to the company's policies. + Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions concerning international wire transfers. + Coordinate with the AP team to track invoices and payments for international vendors. + Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AP processes on all international payments. + Perform the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely manner. + Assist AP management in implementing improvements in processes related to international payables. + Manage and maintain comprehensive and accurate financial reports for internal and external audits. + Collaborate closely with international partners to resolve any wire transaction discrepancies. + Keep abreast of laws and regulations that apply to a company's financial operations regarding international businesses. Qualifications: + A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. + Proven work experience as an AP Specialist with expertise in international wire transfers. + Must have in-depth knowledge of fundamentals of accounting and finance, particularly regarding accounts payable. + Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional expertise in Excel; familiarity with accounting software will be an added advantage. + Must possess a solid understanding of relevant regulatory standards and international business laws. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. + Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be considered a plus.
