AP Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description:Receive, organize, and vouch invoices in a timely manner.Process payments according to terms while ensuring discount opportunities are taken.Accurately enter invoices to the correct general ledger accounts and periods.Obtain appropriate documentation to ensure three-way matching and/or any other approval necessary to process an invoice.Monitor and respond timely to shared email boxes.Perform vendor setup and maintain vendor files.Resolve receiving discrepancies, pricing issues, and vendor credits.Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve any payment issues.Manage the Builder trend payment process.Assist with administrative duties as assigned.Assist in pre-construction activities by preparing permit applications and ARB submittals.Qualifications:2-3+ years of full cycle AP experience ERP software experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail.Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to assist colleagues when tasks are completed. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
