Description Job Title: Accounts Payables Specialist Job Description Key Responsibilities: + Accurately process accounts payable transactions ensuring all invoices are paid promptly. + Conduct data entry functions, and maintain documentation related to invoices, departmental billings, and customer inquiries. + Proficiency in utilizing QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel to monitor payments and cash flow. + Analyze and reconcile invoice discrepancies. + Set up new vendor accounts, maintain vendor account details, and make changes when necessary. + Handle monthly and yearly closings. + Work closely with the customer service, purchasing and accounting departments to solve invoicing errors. + Generate, analyze and present reports related to the accounts payable functions. + Ensure compliance with established company policies and regulations. Requirements Qualification and Skills: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in a Finance or related field. + Proven work experience in Accounts Payable, preferably 2-3+ years. + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively + In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks, NetSuite and Excel. + Excellent data entry skills with an eye for details. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines. + Knowledge of general accounting procedures and regulations.
