AP Specialist

**Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Process and manage accounts payable transactions.
+ Verify and reconcile invoices and statements.
+ Ensure timely payments to vendors.
+ Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
+ Assist with month-end closing processes.
+ Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
+ First 90 days will be in office, Hybrid after.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+ 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
