Job Title: AP Specialist Non POJob Description
We are seeking a highly motivated AP Specialist Non PO to join our team. This role involves handling non-PO invoice submissions, routing for approvals, and making necessary adjustments if rejected. The position requires a strong understanding of three-way matching and both PO and Non PO processing. You will be responsible for processing larger volumes and dollar amounts, and will need to be adept at using open text for analytical purposes. The role also includes vendor communication and problem resolution, as well as dealing with ticketing issues.
Responsibilities
+ Submit non-PO invoices for approval and adjust as needed if rejected.
+ Perform three-way matching of invoices, selecting items, and routing for payments.
+ Process both PO and Non PO transactions, handling larger volumes and dollar amounts.
+ Utilize open text for processing and analytical tasks.
+ Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to resolve any issues.
+ Handle ticketing and resolve related problems.
+ Collaborate with AP team members and ensure smooth communication with Spanish-speaking facilities.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing.
+ Proficiency in reconciliation and three-way matching.
+ Strong coding skills.
+ Bilingual in Spanish to facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking facilities.
+ Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
+ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in payment processing.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment
This position is fully in-office, working within a direct team of six people. The work environment includes cubicles and offers a collaborative setting.
