Job Description:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Skills:

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and ExcelStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to apply required logic and judgmentProficient interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customersSelf-motivated, with the ability to meet position requirements under minimal direction and supervisionAbility to operate professionally and effectively within a teamAbility to prioritize, remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain strict confidentialityAcceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Work Experiences:

Minimum of 2+ years business related experienceVendor Master Database management or Accounts Payable experience highly desired

Responsibilities:

Identify vendor tax status for appropriate IRS reportingProcess vendor master additions and changes in a timely mannerCoordinate with Vendor Management team supply chain updates and purchasing functionsPerform routine analysis on vendor accountsFulfill ad hoc reporting requests from vendors or internal customersMaintain accurate tax information to support ear-end processing of 1099 and other compliance requestsDevelop and maintain solid working relationships with purchasing, operations and financial organization to resolve vendor related issues that impact the businessParticipate in projects as needed related to vendor master data cleansingDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures and safety rulesDuties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Attendance:
