Your seat at the table

Timely respond to vendor inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account information via emails or calls. Research and resolve vendor discrepancies related to invoices or payments using various systems. Draft and send clear, concise, and professional communication on behalf of the accounts payable team. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all vendor interactions. Provide first-line support to internal departments regarding invoice processing, payment inquiries, and general accounts payable procedures. Collaborate with other team members to address any barriers to successful invoice processing or payment. Work with vendors to secure refunds or reimbursements as needed. Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to improve efficiency.

What you bring to the table

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Problem-solving mindset. In-depth knowledge of accounts payables principles. Time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred or comparable experience. One+ years accounts payable experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
