Overview We are looking to hire Multi-Cloud (Alibaba & Azure)Operations Infrastructure Engineer with broad hands-on experience in scalable infrastructure and platforms Responsibilities Includes monitoring, incident response, answering service requests, and execution of changes Should possess very good working experience in Alibaba &Azure and other Platform technologies like Windows/Linux/Networking skills Strong background in delivery of SLA based Managed Services Good in ITSM concepts Should be excellent in trouble shooting skills and take full ownership of incoming actions and issues and drive them to resolution Work within a multi-skilled Cloud Operations team Consulting with other team members to extend your reach to get to success Proactively and continuously improve the service through driving further automation by scripting repeatable tasks; improving monitoring metrics to detect incidents before they occur fixing incident root causes by contributing code fixes or design changes back to the service specifications Leverage automation tools and Infrastructure as Code to maintain environment and execute changes while adhering to change management process Understand and contribute to processes and tools used by team Identify areas of operations with quality deficits or automation opportunities and work to improve Cloud budget management on plan, execution and tracking, cost effectiveness Vendor performance management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field 4-6 years’ experience in Cloud Technology or Business Relationship Management and vendor management Technical Skills: Trained/Certified/Experienced in Azure and Alibaba cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure PaaS services App Services (Web Apps, Mobile Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Functions etc.), Development Tools, PaaS DB,AKS/Kubernetes (Primary) Expertise in domains: AD, Windows, Linux, Database, Storage, Networks, Security Automation/Scripting - bash, Python, Windows batch, PowerShell/JS scripting Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies and quickly integrate with them for automation service delivery Ability to find effective workarounds to product limitations/constraints Team worker with strong ownership and drive problem resolutions Good at speaking in English and China language to communicate global team Sees and coaches others on connections between data and process. Understands business needs and the impact of his/her/team activities. Understands Cloud data solutions. Leverages cooperative relationships to address complex business data issues. Handles day-to-day issues within the work team. Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively. Familiar with Cloud FINOPS solution is a plus
