Job Description Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Communications and Engagement Lead in support of SCB Property. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies that promote compelling content, employee engagement, and elevating the Property brand as a leader in the real estate sector amongst the financial services sector.

About the Role:

Oversee Asia communications plan based on the Global Communications strategy and local priorities.Define and execute integrated internal and external communications plan aligned to region and country priorities, narratives, projects and campaigns in partnership with Regional Heads of Property and Asia teams relating to Workplace, Branch Transformation.Proactively build and partner effectively with key leaders (including client Regional Corporate Brand team) and Cushman & Wakefield stakeholders across functions and markets to ensure effective positioning of Property in Bank-wide, or Property communications initiatives/ campaigns.Act as a strategic advisor to Regional Head of Property and Asia senior leaders, establish their media presence via opinion pieces, interview opportunities and external speaking engagements in partnership with our global agency.Work collaboratively with the business teams to identify and execute thought leadership stories that will further promote the Property brand in region, by leveraging/co-authoring with C&W Thought leaders, to position Property as Thought Leaders topics in the Future of Workspace.

About You:

Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; with 10 – 12 years of Asia communications experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience, preferably in the real estate sector.Excellent command of written and spoken English, exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audience.Highly motivated, organized, adaptable and able to perform under pressure and within tight timelines.Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal and external communication strategies.Blend of strategic mindset with hands-on communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder relationships.Capable of forming a remote operations team.
