The incumbent will work collaboratively with other HRBPs, CoE, HROC and GBU senior leadership to align practices and initiatives with the Company’s strategic and operational goals. The position is based in Singapore. **What Will You Do:** + Works closely with business leaders and their direct reports to provide HRBP support for the entire HR agenda (Change management, Org Design, Engagement) + Plan, lead, direct and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organizations’s mission and talent strategy with the CoE and HROC. + Coaches, counsels, and develops employees and acts as mediator and decision maker in employee grievances and disputes. + Consult with Stakeholders and business leaders to understand overall business needs and objectives of the supported function. + Align practices and initiatives across area of responsibility to ensure operational and strategic goals are met. + Apply HR best practices to improve existing tools and propose new ideas for managing growth, talent, skills development, and employee satisfaction. + Proposes ways to improve employee engagement, manages employee engagement initiatives and looks at trends to ensure alignment. + Manage Human Resources projects and acts as an ambassador for change. + Drive programs and processes that support Human Resource initiatives from employee data management, policy implementation, HR technology, and employee relations. + Lead initiatives that support collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity. + Partners with other HRBP, HROC, and Human Resource CoE teams along with local management to implement and administer HR policies and programs. + Provide regional compliance support for audits, policy and legislative implementation and monitoring, and local non-standard processes. + Provide metrics for GBU activities and produce status update reports on regional HR initiatives. + Manages escalations from local Human Resources teams related to employee relations, discipline investigations, employee and manager counseling and coaching, promotions, terminations, and role charter maintenance. + Oversees the Talent Development Review (TDR) sessions, implement succession planning and help create/assign development plans for specific function + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on forecasting, workforce planning, agency use and costing, where required. + Review job specifications and competency profiles to appropriately grade positions. + Collaborate with regional Rewards team on trends and market data for roles to ensure market competitiveness and internal parity, as needed. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Who you are:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline + HR certification is preferred in an area of HR Discipline + Minimum of 10 years of HR experience + Has been engaged in the HR agenda including the following topics: + Talent management + Recruitment and Selection + Organization design and restructuring experience + Performance Management and team effectiveness + Coaching skills + Change Management – leading changes as well as coaching client groups to better manage change + Strong business partnering skills and business acumen Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
