The APAC Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading both the content and digital marketing strategies across the APAC region. This role combines content creation, distribution, sales enablement, and digital campaign management, including webinars and website updates, to drive demand generation and opportunity creation.
The position will collaborate closely with regional and country-level marketing teams, sales teams, external partners, and internal teams to support content initiatives, digital campaigns, and broader business growth objectives, ensuring alignment and effective execution of regional marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management & SupportDrive a high performing webinar program for the region, incorporating audience segmentation, personalized promotion strategies, interactive features (e.g., Q&A, polls), and high-quality speakers to ensure seamless execution, high engagement, and effective post-event conversion and follow-up.Lead email marketing program in region, covering segmentation and targeting strategies, preparing and refining target lists, coordinating with country marketing teams, and ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute integrated digital campaigns across channels for product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring a cohesive customer journey through managing landing pages, microsites, content updates, and internal project management for effective delivery.Act as a strategic partner to the APAC marketing team to refine and improve the digital marketing strategy based on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization, and driving innovative strategies tailored to market-specific trends.Work closely with country marketing, demand generation teams, and lead qualifiers to incorporate customer insights, ensure consistent messaging, follow-up, and optimize demand generation efforts based on customer needs.Align APAC-wide strategies with country-level execution plans, ensuring adaptation to local market needs while maintaining consistency across regions.Content Creation & DistributionPartner with the APAC marketing team to develop and curate enablement content, including presentations, case studies, summary sheets, and comparison reports.Translate sales enablement content into demand generation assets such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media posts.Create 'breadcrumb' content strategies that lead to deeper engagement with technical application notes and other high-value content.Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment while collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to create authoritative content that positions Waters Corporation as a thought leader.Lead and oversee outsourced design to create visually compelling thought leadership content and demand generation ads.Develop and execute strategies to grow owned channels, including managing a regional content calendar for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, ensuring structured and consistent content deployment.Analytics and MeasurementOwn marketing analytics and develop a measurement strategy to demonstrate the impact of content and digital campaigns on opportunity creation and overall business growth.Manage data collection and ensure data integrity to produce actionable insights for ongoing marketing optimization.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing initiatives, such as email open rates, webinar attendance, and lead conversions, to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing activities.Leverage innovative methods, such as self-reported attribution and A/B testing, to measure marketing effectiveness and continuously iterate for improved results.Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, highlighting the role of integrated marketing efforts in driving engagement, opportunity creation, and conversions.Collaborate with country marketing teams to gather feedback and establish a performance feedback loop to adapt APAC-level strategies based on local insights. Qualifications Ideally 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing and/or content creation.Meaningful experience in B2B industries with complex products and/or highly technical buyers (e.g. but not limited to: life sciences, technology, cybersecurity).Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content.Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, with strong understanding of how to leverage AI to create content, process data into insights, and optimize campaigns.Experience with B2B content distribution, partnerships, and engagement strategies.Basic knowledge of current web technologies, including HTML, CMS, and SEO/SEM concepts.Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, and online content updates, preferably with familiarity in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong design/creative sense and eye for detail.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
