We are looking for inspiring and proactive S2P Manager to join us at Shanghai office.

 

What you’ll do

Key Activities:

•Lead APAC S2P operations (CN/HK/TW/AU/KR) to align with global strategy and ensure accuracy & compliance, internal control and to meet with business needs

•Provide dynamic leadership to a high performing outsourcing APAC S2P team

•Good communication with local & global stakeholders

•Focus on process simplification, automation, machine learning, predictive analysis and Qliksense/BI reporting to enhance visibility, proactivity and broad view.

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following experience and skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business etcGood command of accounting & reporting, as well as risk Identification and control abilityDigital skillsets and data analytic skillsets, including high proficiency in Excel, experience in ERP system such as SAP, BI. Owning some basic knowledge of data science, data management and data acquisition is a plusExcellent communications skills (written and oral English, Chinese, Korean is a plus), Experience in cross-cultural communication is highly preferredStrong leadership and teamwork skills - experience of outsourcing partners’ (BPO companies) management is highly preferred Good project/process management skills
