We are seeking an APAC Sales Operations Analyst based in Singapore. This role is a crucial strategic partner for go-to-market sales leaders throughout the APAC region, focusing on sales strategy and analytics, operations, processes, and tools. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Forecasting:Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecastsAnalyze historical data and market trends to inform forecasting modelsData Analysis and Reporting:Analyze pipeline overview, sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports to support decision making processProvide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies and outcomesRegularly update key stakeholders on sales performance and trendsSales Plan Management:Assist in the development and management of the sales planQuota setting and review in collaboration with leadersSales structure review, setup and maintenanceTerritory and Account assignmentSales Process Optimization:Streamline and improve the sales process to maximize efficiency and productivityIdentify and implement best practices for lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closureSales Training and Development:Collaborate with the training department to design and implement sales training programsEnsure sales representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledgeCross-Functional Collaboration:Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and other departmentsAct as a liaison between sales and other teams to address issues and promote alignmentProcess Documentation and Improvement:Document sales proceduresIdentify areas for improvement and support sales enablement to implement changes to enhance overall efficiencyRequirements:5-10 years sales operations & analytics experiences in regional role working with multiple stakeholdersStrong analytical, data-oriented mindset and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and focus on quality resultsStrong stakeholders and project management capabilitiesSkilled communicator with interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audienceSalesforce.com administration proficiency Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced skills in Excel modeling & Power Point proficiency.
