Smith+Nephew is hiring an APAC Talent Acquisition Sourcing Hub Team Lead to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or Pune, India.

What you will be doing?
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of multilingual Talent Acquisition Sourcers to meet recruitment and sourcing goals.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and efficient talent acquisition solutions.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs across APAC.
Champion employer branding initiatives and leverage creative recruiting programs to reduce dependency on agencies.
Ensure compliance with global TA strategies while addressing regional needs and best practices.
Refine recruitment metrics and maintain data accuracy within systems like Workday, Beamery, and HiredScore.
What will you need to be successful?
Minimum 5 years of hands-on corporate recruitment/sourcing, RPO, or agency experience, with 2+ years managing recruitment/sourcing teams.
Proven ability to source passive talent using platforms like Job Street, Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
Proficiency in ATS systems, data management, and MS Office applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
