Responsibilities The Apartment Groundsperson reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Compensation starting at $15/hour based on experience. + Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance + Trim, edge and mulch as directed + Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas + Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection + Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather + Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor + Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor Qualifications + High school diploma or GED + Strong customer service skills + Ability to follow instructions efficiently Job LocationsUS-TN-Knoxville Job ID 2023-2471 Category Maintenance
