**Job Title: Renovation Tech** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Renovation Tech to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves working from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a temp-to-perm position based on satisfactory performance. Experience with interior apartment renovations is preferred. **Responsibilities** + Perform interior apartment renovations including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall. + Utilize troubleshooting skills to address and repair issues as they arise. + Conduct framing, wiring, and finish work as needed. + Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. + Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members. + Be available for on-call duties for one week as needed after hire. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and repair work. + Experience in maintenance technician roles. + Strong troubleshooting abilities. + Competence in framing, wiring, and finish work. + Possession of most or all tools listed in the Apartment Reno - Interior Tech Tool List. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer service oriented. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your skills and expertise in renovations.
