We are currently seeking a Welding Renovator!

Welding Renovators are responsible for assisting with the exterior maintenance of several properties with an emphasis on stair stingers and treads

Responsibilities include:

Welding and replacing stair stingers and treads Traveling to different locations to assist with exterior property maintenance Inspecting property exteriors and identifying possible concerns Maintain equipment in proper condition - work with supervisor to identify and report any problems Adhering to company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

Prior welding experience Ability to operate various tools Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Effective communication skills

Compensation: Full- Time $28.00 per hour
