We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant/Social Media Specialist!

Leasing Consultants act as the community's sales representative by greeting clients, presenting the features and benefits of their community, and properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons. In addition to leasing responsibilities, you’ll engage in marketing activities, including planning resident events, managing social media content, promoting the community during tours, and much more! This position combines sales expertise with creativity to foster a welcoming and thriving community!

Leasing Responsibilities include:

Collect a deposit and process future residents’ applications Ensure the model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, current market conditions, and all community policies and ensure understanding of required application information, screening process, policies, and procedures. Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques Maintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material “Shop” surrounding or competing properties and conduct outreach marketing Develop and maintain on-going resident retention programs Create new move-in resident files and assist with the ongoing file maintenance Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times

Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities:

Creating and executing content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Managing property social media accounts to boost engagement and leasing activity. Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute engaging resident events, while identifying opportunities to capture vibrant videos and photos. Attend all resident events to document moments through high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing and social media content. Maintain an active social media presence by posting 10-12 times per month on Facebook and Instagram (approximately twice a week) Incorporate dynamic video and reel content on Facebook and Instagram, with a minimum of two posts per month. Promote the community’s social media platforms during tours and actively engage residents through newsletters, email campaigns, flyers, and move-in materials. Regularly attend Chatmeter training sessions and serve as the community’s go-to Chatmeter expert. Monitor and manage social media comments through the Chatmeter platform, responding promptly and thoughtfully as needed. Oversee online reviews via Chatmeter, ensuring the community receives at least one high-quality positive review each month.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment Organized with attention to detail Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role A strong social media presence and expertise in creating engaging content across different platforms Familiarity with tools like Chatmeter or similar platforms is a plus

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Candidates with proven social media skills and presence may be eligible for additional compensation or bonuses.
