Renovation Technician - Costa Mesa

Job Description

This position involves working in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments. Tasks include basic plumbing such as changing faucets and shower heads, basic electrical work like installing ceiling fans, basic carpentry involving the installation of baseboards and door casings, and basic drywall work including patching holes and replacing sections of drywall.

ResponsibilitiesPerform basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and shower heads.Conduct basic electrical work including installing ceiling fans.Complete basic carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings.Patch holes and replace sections of drywall.Utilize hand and power tools including sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.Essential SkillsProficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair.Experience with hand and power tools.Mechanically inclined.Ability to handle basic construction tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to learn and a positive attitude.Experience in painting, conduit work, and general construction is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

All positions are first shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work in teams of two, refurbishing vacant apartments. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, ensuring you have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
