Honeywell Connected Industrial is looking for an APC Engineer to support our Connected Industrial business.
\nAs an APC Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of Advanced Process Control (APC) systems for our clients. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop and optimize control strategies, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical support to our customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of process control and automation.
\nYou will be part of an accomplished team of APC Consultants and Sr. Engineers with 20+ years of experience implementing APC projects. You'll work out of our Edmonton, AB location on a hybrid work schedule.
\nIn this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our client's operations by implementing advanced control strategies and optimizing process performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance our clients' manufacturing processes.

\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nSupport the design, implementation, and maintenance of APC systems\nDevelop and optimize control strategies to improve process performance\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to customers\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement\nAssist in the development of innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes\n\n\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Chemical Engineering or related field\nStrong knowledge of process control systems and strategies\nMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, tuning & maintaining regulatory control strategies in Distributed Control Systems (DCS)\nMinimum of 2 years implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n
