Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Associate’s Degree in a related field and/or five years’ experience in ID/DD or related supervisory/management experience supervisory/management experience in a residential setting.· Effective written and oral communication skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· AMAP; SCIP-R; CPR & First Aid is needed, but not required. Note: S:US will provide on-the-job training for such certifications. · Behavior Tech Training preferred.Computer skills (e.g. MS Office suite and Windows
