API Coordinator Intern - IT Services

P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes.  IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures,  The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.

P&C IT Services is seeking an API Coordinator Intern for the summer 2025.

Responsibilities:

Review all of the current project/enhancement tasks in our project management tool and make sure all items have a start and end date associatedAssist in identifying any tasks that needs to be followed up on or are missing any informationAssist in requesting the status updates, gathering the responses and documenting the status in our project management toolReview our Service Now dashboard and cross check our project management tool with the purpose to add any new demands/projects, defer anything that is on hold or update anything that changesAssist in making sure Salesforce opportunities get created, description details are added and adding services and go live dates when determined based on updates received on any project/enhancements workAssist in adding the URL from Service Now and/or Salesforce into the project management toolAssist in creating the Monthly Status Report

Qualifications:

Good communication skills both written and verbalBasic understanding/interest in project managementPursuing an undergraduate degree, first or second year
