UPMC Cole in North Central PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant 
or nurse practitioner to join our UPMC Cole Express Care in Coudersport, PA. In this role, you 
will provide high-quality, walk-in, episodic, primary care in a supportive and collaborative 
environment.

UPMC Cole is a modern, progressive system centered around a 25-bed critical access hospital 
located on a large, well-maintained campus with a service area covering 55,000 people living in 
six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York. UPMC Cole owns and 
operates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersport 
and the counties that surround the hospital. 

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:
• Hospital employment 
• Contract includes
o Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms
o Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median 
for APP palliative care, $108,000
o Sign on bonus: $5,000
o CME: annually 5 days and $3,000
o PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC 
observed holidays
o Incentive
▪ Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
▪ Production incentive based on wRVU

• Monday-Friday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm
• Call requirements: None
