Position Highlights Function autonomously in a post-acute care/skilled nursing setting.Manage chronically ill senior patients in one facility.Treat and manage minor acute visits and oversee care transitions. Assist with admissions, rounding on patients, and completing discharges. Desirable Monday through Friday schedule. At least 5 years of autonomous NP/PA experience required, preferably with SNF/LTAC patients.Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA ACLS certification.
