App Dev & Support Engineer III

Responsibilities:

\n\n Lead will assist the DDI Contractor Software Development Manager with all delegated responsibilities regarding software development\n Work collaboratively with other members of the project team to ensure timely delivery of high quality delivery enterprise applications\n Plan and estimate development work needed to implement assigned tasks\n Transform requirements into working, maintainable enterprise-level solutions\n Perform detailed application design as appropriate\n Provide leadership to other team members to deliver high quality systems on schedule\n Ability to coordinate and work on production issues\n Ability to work with Production Support teams to ensure questions and answers are clear and concise\n Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, strong knowledge in SDLC process, Configuration Management tools, Environment Setup and Migration activities \n Write application code meeting defined requirements and adhering to documented design and perform unit and unit integration testing on that code \n Participate in JAD sessions to gain understanding of requirements and to provide technical options in designing solutions for those requirements \n Work with other technical team members, business analysts and SMEs in analyzing systems problems \n Document system design and changes to system design \n Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements \n Assist system and acceptance testers in troubleshooting anomalies, understanding impacts and identifying solutions to bugs or gaps in functionality \n Report issues and status to management, as directed \n Understand and adhere to all standards, ensuring that as code is written it is compliant\n\n

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 

\n\n Minimum of 7+ years of experience in .NET (hands on experience) \n A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope to the Wisconsin CSM Project.\n A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems analysis and design.\n A minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements.\n A minimum of two (2) years developing technical design documentation from requirements.\n A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems development and implementation in a SOA environment.\n A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst for web-based applications.\n A minimum of two (2) years of experience using the tools included in the proposed frameworks.\n An in-depth understanding of the OCSE certification requirements based on the OCSE Guide for States.\n A minimum of two (2) years of experience documenting and tracking requirements through all SDLC phases using an ALM tool.\n Foundational understanding of JQuery, JSON, AJAX, and MVC 4.0 Framework \n Working knowledge of SQL Server 2008/2012 design and development of Stored Procedures, Triggers, User Defined Functions required\n .NET 8, CQRS, EF Core, Dapper, Microservices, Event driven architecture\n Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2010/2013 \n Minimum of 5 years of experience in HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSS, WEB API and/or Web Services \n Minimum of 5 years of experience in Object Oriented Methodologies, Object Oriented Design and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) \n
