Sentara Medical Group has an office-based, full-time employment position for an Advanced Practice Provider to join Sentara Cardiology Specialists-Ft. Norfolk in our Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. Join our dedicated Physicians and APPs as they provide a team-based collaborative approach to patient care, and are offered seamless access to the many resources available throughout the greater Sentara network for their patients.
