FirstHealth of the Carolinasis seeking a motivated and experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care to our community. Through FirstHealth UNC Neurosurgery & Spine we offer surgical treatments and manage non-operative neurological conditions. About the Opportunity:

Qualifications PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.2+ years of Neurosurgery or Orthopedic experience preferred. The ideal candidate is someone who has a solid knowledge base and OR experience.Must be comfortable independently managing assigned patients in a busy practice environment with minimal oversight from the supervising physician.Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA ACLS certification.
