We are seeking an Application Support Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Application Support Manager
**Location:** Plano, TX (Onsite)
**Pay Range:** $50-60/hr
**What's the Job?**
Lead and empower a team of Application Administration professionals, overseeing workload distribution and task assignments. You will directly manage contractors, on-site/offshore team members, and third-party vendors. This role ensures smooth operational delivery during implementation, while simultaneously maintaining and elevating existing service levels. Responsibilities include scheduling and executing production changes (new applications, software upgrades, bug fixes), and collaborating with development teams on system/application design enhancements and serviceability improvements.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience managing global technical teams, _or_ 5+ years of experience as a highly effective Technical Team Lead.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience administering enterprise-class software within a corporate environment.
+ Solid understanding of database, network, operating system, hardware, and IT security concepts.
+ Demonstrated leadership, planning, and project management skills.
