Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions. Hands- on with Tableau (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management). Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. Fine-tune SQL Queries for maximum efficiency and performance. Review and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systems. Conduct unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues. Create visualizations for the data extracted with the help of Tableau. Manage Tableau Server and Administration. Find the key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth.

Tableau Developer Requirements:

8+ years of experience in enterprise BI development and data analysis. 5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau. Extensive experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards and analytics. Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook. Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications. Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions. Strong understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. T-SQL knowledge is required.

Education: Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university with at least fifteen (15) credit hours in the field of computer sciences.
