Summer 2025 Internship Snapshot + The Internship program is a full-time (40 hours) paid opportunity running from May 21 - August 13, 2025 + In addition to your projects and tasks, New Era Interns will experience: + Community Service Day + Team Building Day + Professional Development (Learning Sessions, Resume Review, Career Pathing Sessions, Mock Interviews) + End of Internship Group Celebration (After you crush the internship, let’s celebrate) The Opportunity at Hand Introduce candidate to the inner workings of the New Era brand and familiarize them with how we design product, build specs, and create selling tools while also introducing them to a career in either product or fashion design. The hourly rate for this posted position is $17/hr. and pertains to candidates located in Western New York.
